Return Process

  Log into your High Decibels account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your registered email address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
